Yesterday, DJ Kaskade decided to hold an impromptu party outside Mann's Chinese Theatre, where a movie about the Electric Daisy Carnival was premiering.
Here's the invite he tweeted out:
"Today@6pm in Hollywood @Mann's Chinese Theatre. ME+BIG SPEAKERS+MUSIC=BLOCK PARTY!!! RT!"

We learn now that a deal is expected to close by the end of the week!
